As the Logistics & Client Success Lead, you are the primary point of contact for our most valuable clients. You will manage all customer requests for Fetii Event Trips, acting as the bridge between sales, support, and live operations. You are responsible for ensuring every trip is quoted accurately, dispatched flawlessly, and executed with 5-star service.

This role is roughly 60% Customer Support/Live Operations and 30% Sales Development/Process Optimization.

• Manage customer requests via web forms, email, and phone for everything from simple one-way trips to complex, multi-vehicle corporate events.
• Gather critical trip details including dates, precise pickup/drop-off points, and vehicle requirements.
• Create and send quotes based on hourly rates, accounting for complexities like deadhead time and waiting intervals.
• Interact directly with customers to build rapport, collect details, and provide real-time support during active events.
• Coordinate with drivers to assign vehicles, confirm availability, and adjust pricing for peak demand.
• Maintain "Mission Control" by communicating schedule changes to both customers and drivers via Slack, text, and phone.
• Manage the post-trip lifecycle, including billing for added hours, invoicing, and payment collection.

• Optimize our HubSpot CRM to ensure zero lead leakage and maximize booking volume.
• Develop standardized communication templates and sequences to improve response times and conversion rates.
• Manage pricing structures to ensure rate negotiations meet margin potential.
• Field and resolve schedule changes, issues, or negative feedback that may occur during a trip to ensure long-term client retention.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on American customer service standards.
• CRM Expert: High proficiency in HubSpot, specifically using templates, sequences, and workflow optimization.
• Logistics & Geography: A strong understanding of US geography and expert-level skill in using Google Maps to plan complex routes and timing.
• Problem Solving: You are a "real-time" thinker who stays calm under pressure when solving logistical puzzles.
• Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes events simultaneously without losing track of details.
• Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or high-touch customer success roles.
