As the Logistics & Client Success Lead, you are the primary point of contact for our most valuable clients. You will manage all customer requests for Fetii Event Trips, acting as the bridge between sales, support, and live operations. You are responsible for ensuring every trip is quoted accurately, dispatched flawlessly, and executed with 5-star service.
This role is roughly 60% Customer Support/Live Operations and 30% Sales Development/Process Optimization.

While our app handles real-time hailing, our Event Trips division specializes in high-touch, pre-scheduled, hourly van reservations for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale social gatherings.
